From a single component to multiple part runs, our modern CNC equipped machining department is prepared to meet the tightest tolerances with quick turn around lead times. RRR prides itself on hiring the best available machinists in the market who have long term experience in programming and operating our high tech machine tools. We are currently operating with the latest PRO-E/Cam system to help eliminate set-up errors and down time. We have also incorporated the latest technology of “High Speed Machining” to help cut cost and lead times to our customers. We feature a broad range of turning and milling machinery that will allow parts to be manufactured up to the following sizes:
