Our Electrical Department offers a wide variety of Electrical Engineering services. The Engineering staff has extensive experience providing power schematics, control schematics, PLC wiring diagrams as well as enclosure and panel layouts utilizing Autocad Electrical. We also provide a large variety of programming and software services. RRR programs Rockwell Automation, General Electric, Omron, Mitsubishi, and PLC Direct programmable logic controllers as well as human machine interfaces. RRR can also provide PC software programming in C++ or Visual Basic.

Our experienced personnel offer custom enclosure assembly and wiring that is second to none. RRR builds panels to support our internal engineering projects and provides design-build services and custom designs. Either way, you get a quality panel built to exacting standards. Every panel is audited to a rigorous, quality assurance/quality control checklist. Our electrical panels, assemblies, and systems are specified on a wide variety of industrial equipment, specialty applications, and used worldwide.

RRR can either assist in the design of your custom panel or build to a customer's exact specifications. Some of the types of control panels we manufacture are: Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC's) with integrated touch screen, operator stations, VFD, DC drive, switchgear, customized Motor Control Centers (MCC's) and Electrical housed equipment rooms. There is no job too big or too small for our electrical panel shop.
