Welding & Fabrication

Qualified craftsmen, welders and fitters busily work within two large 4500 square foot assembly bays. These men can tig, mig, stick, braze, plastic weld and silver solder. Not only can they handle hot or cold finish steel but a variety of other types of materials including aluminum and stainless steel. With a 20,000 pound overhead crane and a 20 foot clearance under hook, we have a lot of elbow room to handle any size project.

Organization is the key in this department. Stocked and separated raw material is followed on a daily basis for our customers and is routed to the appropriate department for machining and fabrication.

All final inspection is performed in a temperature controlled area. For final acceptance, precision inspection equipment utilizing SPC quality methods to control product quality. Complete and 100% accurate project histories are maintained for each customer to allow for traceability of precision parts, heat treat, and mill certification.
